Definitions

"Course organisers/providers" means The Sexual Integration Institute and its employees, representatives and affiliates.

"Course materials" means any and all collateral provided to participants before and throughout the course, including but not limited to PDF documents; knowledge, tools and practices transmitted during course pre-recorded or live sessions by the course providers or guest teachers; audio or video content shared on the course training platform; in the course training manual; and any imagery used within these mediums where copyright is not attributed to an external source.

"Course tools and practices" is included in the definition of "course materials" above.

"Course commencement date" means the date the course materials and course platform are made available to the participants.

Terms of Agreement

You understand that you are responsible for your own safety, health, and mental, physical, emotional and overall well-being during and after the training.

You understand that The Sexual Integration Institute isn't licensed to give medical advice. Any knowledge you gain from the course is not considered medical advice for you or anyone else you might share it with.

By paying for the course, you agree to release the course organisers, their representatives, employees, assistants, and affiliates from any responsibility for injuries or damages, mental or physical, that might happen to you or anyone close to you during or after the training.

The tools and practices taught in the course aren't an exact science, so their effects aren't guaranteed. By agreeing to these terms, you understand this and accept that no guarantees about the impact of the course have been made to you. You also agree not to make any guarantees to your future clients or participants about the course's impact.

Each person must apply for the course individually, and the course fees are due per person. You are not permitted to share the course content and materials with anyone else without the course organisers' consent.Ā 

This training supports personal transformations with a trauma-informed approach. However, this is not a therapeutic container and each participant is ultimately responsible for their mental health and overall wellbeing during the certification. The students of The Sexual Integration Institute are expected to self-manage any existing mental health challenges independently.

Students understand that in order to get certified they must complete all the required material in the portal, including watching both pre-recorded and replays of live sessions, complete the required practices and practicums, and complete the courseā€™s full payment.

RefundĀ Policy


Students will not receive refunds if you change their mind, regardless of when they choose to withdraw from the program. By signing up for the program, they are commiting to completing the certification and paying for the full program.

This is because places in the training are limited, funds are allocated to pay for expenses when you enrol, and students are provided with access to our intellectual property through the content portal.

If the case students are prevented from participating in this program due to extraordinary circumstances beyond their control, they should contact us via email atĀ [email protected] to discuss their particular situation.

Participant bookings cannot be transferred to another person or course, and the program is non-transferable to another program or another cohort of the same certification.
